01. Return Eligibility
To ensure a successful return and preserve the quality of our collection, your handbag must meet the following boutique standards:
- Pristine Condition: The bag must be unworn, free of scratches on leather or hardware, and without any scents (perfume, etc.).
- Original Presentation: Must include the original dust bag, authenticity cards, and protective stuffing to maintain the silhouette.
- Exceptions: Final Sale and personalized handbags are non-returnable unless a manufacturing defect is present.
02. The Concierge Return Process
Step 1: Authorization
Email support@buyanimeshirt.com with your Order Number. Our team will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number within 24-48 hours.
Step 2: Secure Packaging
Place the handbag in its dust bag and original shipping box. Please mark the RA number clearly on the exterior.
Step 3: Dispatch
Ship via a trackable service (UPS/FedEx). For "Change of Mind," shipping is the customer's responsibility. For defective items, we provide a prepaid label.
03. Refunds & Processing
Once received, our quality control experts will inspect the item within 3-5 business days. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method (PayPal, Venmo, or Credit Card) within 7-10 business days.
04. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To secure a different color or style quickly, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your desired piece.
