1. Overview

At Buyanimeshirt, we understand that plans can change and mistakes can happen when placing an order. Our Modify or Cancel Order Policy is designed to be fair, efficient, and transparent so customers can make adjustments when possible without unnecessary complications.

2. Order Modification Window

Order modifications (such as updating size, color, item selection, quantity, or shipping address) are permitted within a limited timeframe after the order is placed.

To request a modification, you must contact our Support Team within the earliest applicable timeframe below:

  • Before processing begins: Modifications are typically available if your request is submitted within 1–2 hours of purchase.
  • Before shipping preparation: Once an order enters the packaging or fulfillment phase, modifications may no longer be guaranteed.
  • After shipment: Orders that have shipped cannot be modified.

Modification requests are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Successful changes depend on order status and product availability at the time of request.

3. Order Cancellation Window

Customers may request cancellation before the order has been processed for shipping. While we strive to assist with all cancellation requests, we cannot guarantee successful cancellation if the order is already in fulfillment or has been shipped.

If cancellation cannot be completed, the order may be eligible for return once delivered (per our Return & Refund Policy).

4. How to Request a Modification or Cancellation

To modify or cancel an order, customers must contact our Support Team immediately with:

  • Order number
  • Requested change (modify or cancel)
  • Details of modification (if applicable)

5. Post-Shipment Orders

Once an order has shipped:

  • It cannot be modified.
  • It cannot be canceled.

Customers may proceed with a normal return after delivery, if eligible.

Return eligibility is subject to our Return & Refund Policy terms.

6. Refused or Undeliverable Orders

If a package is refused at delivery or returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect address or other customer-input errors, the customer may:

  • Request reshipment (additional shipping fees may apply), or
  • Request a refund (eligible amount per the Return & Refund Policy).

7. Backorder or Out-of-Stock Adjustments

If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Buyanimeshirt may:

  • Offer a substitution (with customer approval)
  • Place item on backorder
  • Cancel the unavailable portion of the order
  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item(s)

8. Pre-Orders or Special Orders

Pre-order items or special production items may have restrictions on cancellation or modification. These details will be displayed at checkout when applicable.

9. Additional Notes & Limitations

To ensure fairness and operational efficiency:

  • Excessive modification requests may be denied.
  • Fraudulent or suspicious cancellation patterns may result in account or order review.
  • Buyanimeshirt reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that conflict with fulfillment standards.
