During these first 4 hours, the order is held briefly to allow customers to review and correct information if needed.

After 4 hours, the system automatically releases the order into production, where it becomes locked and cannot be altered in any way.
What You Can Change Within 4 Hours:

Correction of custom text or personalization

Replacing uploaded images or design files

Changing product type or quantity

Canceling the entire order

Why the 4-Hour Window Is Strict:

Proper spelling of all information

Ensure the address is recognized by major carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL

• Consequences of Incorrect Address Information

If the courier cannot deliver the package due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipment costs.
