I WOULD LIKE TO RETURN AN PRODUCT
We are only able to accept a return in the event of a proven defect in the product.Our products undergo very strict quality controls before each shipment. However, if your products have any manufacturing defects, send us a picture of the product in question (in the original packaging if possible) to [email protected] with your order number. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. Remember product can only be returned with 30 days from the day of placing order.
MY CLOTHING IS TOO SMALL
All our textiles are accompanied by a size guide to help our friendly customers avoid this kind of inconvenience. Our team took care to measure each item and add the corresponding comment in each description. From then on, the buyer assumes full responsibility for products that are too small / large. Nevertheless, we know that the purchase of such an item can be very frustrating.
